Our Fine Food business was established in 1991 based on Sue Baker’s love for oysters and great quality produce. It developed over the years with a back-bone of valuable relationships with customers, suppliers and strategic partners.
Today the primary philosophy is to source products based on sustainability, ethical company structures and long-term relationship building. The South African food scene has grown at a rapid pace over the past 10 years, already on an international level.
